Welcome to the Ross Energy Whistleblower Portal

The whistleblower portal can only be used by employees of Ross Energy and may be used to report suspicions or knowledge of violations of the law or other serious matters within the organization.

The whistleblower scheme is not intended to replace direct dialogue with management, and we will always encourage you to contact us directly if you have a concern or knowledge of problematic issues within the organization. However, if for any reason you do not wish to approach management directly—for example, because you want to ensure anonymity or a completely objective assessment—the whistleblower scheme provides a space where you can report to external specialists.

Reports are received and screened by a team of lawyers from Advodan Glostrup Copenhagen. The lawyers assess the report, including whether it falls within the scope of the whistleblower legislation or whether it should be handled in another forum. The lawyers also carry out a conflict-of-interest check to ensure that the report is not shared with organizational contact persons who may be disqualified in relation to the specific matter.

Before submitting a report, you are encouraged to read the guidelines available on this portal, including the whistleblower policy, which describes in detail the framework of the whistleblower scheme as well as the process following a report.

You should also read the guidelines on anonymity before submitting a report, and you should be aware that if you wish to remain fully anonymous, you should log in from an external computer to avoid traces in browser history and log files.
