Anonymity

You will remain anonymous when making a report unless you choose to provide your personal details.

To ensure complete anonymity, you should observe the following precautions:

• If possible, do not submit a report from a device belonging to the Organization
• Do not use a PC connected to the Organization’s network or intranet
• Access the reporting portal directly by copying or typing the URL into your internet browser instead of clicking on a link
• Do not include any personal information in your report

Please be aware that the subsequent investigation of the incident or conduct you report may mean that your anonymity cannot be maintained, for example because individuals may be able to recognize you from your description of the incident.

Advodan will, to the greatest extent possible, safeguard your anonymity in connection with the case handling. However, you may be asked to consent to procedural steps necessary to clarify the matter, but which could mean that your anonymity cannot be maintained. If you do not consent to such necessary steps, the report may not be sufficiently processed and investigated, which could affect the extent to which the case can be concluded due to insufficient information, etc.
