When you submit your report, a virtual mailbox is automatically created, which can be used for anonymous communication with you—for example, acknowledgment of receipt of your report, feedback on how we are handling the report, or if Advodan’s lawyers have questions for the further investigation.
We recommend that you use the mailbox, as we may need additional information from you in order to process your report.
The mailbox is created as the final step of your report, where you are assigned an anonymous username and a password. You use these credentials to log into the mailbox to view communication addressed to you. It is important that you save these login details, as it will not be possible to recover them.
Regardless of whether you use the mailbox, you will remain anonymous unless you have provided your personal details in your report.
