The whistleblower scheme may be used to report suspected serious irregularities or matters, violations, or potential violations of applicable law or the Organization’s key policies or guidelines, including serious harassment or sexual harassment.

The following matters are generally not covered by the scheme:

  • Complaints regarding cooperation difficulties, incompetence, salary issues, and other everyday or routine matters
  • Reports concerning work environment, decision-making processes, or general management decisions

Matters not covered by the scheme can be addressed in other ways, for example by direct contact with a manager, a health and safety representative, or another relevant person in the Organization.

Advodan’s lawyers will assess whether the matter you report falls within the scope of the Whistleblower Act. You will be informed if the report is rejected for this reason.

What information should you provide when making a report?

  • When making a report, it is important that you describe all factual circumstances—even those you may not immediately consider important.
  • You should document your claim as thoroughly as possible. If you have written documentation in the form of a document, images, or other material, please upload it directly to the whistleblower portal in digital form.

Following up on your report

  • When you submit a report, you can choose whether to do so anonymously or to allow your identity to be known.
  • Upon submission, you will be given a username and password for the virtual mailbox. Regardless of whether you choose to remain anonymous, it is a good idea to monitor your report, as the persons handling it may have questions for you in order to proceed with the investigation.
  • It is important that you remember or note down your username and password. Due to the built-in security and anonymity features, neither your username nor your password can be reissued.

If you lose your username, you will need to create a new report with a new username, etc.
