The whistleblower scheme can be used to report suspected serious irregularities, violations or potential violations of applicable laws or company policies or guidelines.

The following matters are generally not covered by the scheme:

  • Complaints about uncooperative behaviour, incompetence, pay issues and other everyday or routine matters.
  • Reports about work environment, decision-making processes or general management decisions.

Issues that are not covered by the scheme can be addressed in other ways within the organisation, for example by contacting your manager directly.

What information should be included?

  • When making a report, it's important that you describe all the facts - even those you don't immediately consider important.
  • You should document your claim as much as possible. If you have written documentation in the form of a document, pictures or anything else, please upload the material directly to the whistleblower portal in digital form.

Keep track of your report

  • When submitting your report, you have the option to choose whether it should be anonymous or if your identity can be known.
  • When you submit your report, you will be given a username and password. Whether you choose to be anonymous or not, it can be a good idea to keep track of your report as the people processing the report may have questions for you in order to proceed with the investigation.
  • It is important that you remember your username and password or have them written down. Neither your username nor password can be resent due to the inbuilt security and anonymity.

If you lose your username, you will need to create a new report with a new username etc.
