Anonymity

You remain anonymous when making a report, unless you provide personal data yourself.

To ensure your complete anonymity, please observe the following precautions:

• If possible, do not report from a device belonging to your employer.
• Do not use a PC connected to the company network or intranet.
• Access the reporting portal directly by copying or typing the URL into an internet browser instead of clicking on a link.
• Do not include your personal data in your report.

If you have provided your personal data as part of the report, the report will be passed on in anonymised form unless you explicitly consent to your personal data being disclosed.

If you have provided your personal data, you can at any time request that the controller delete the personal data from your report.
