As an employee, customer or business partner of the company, you will often be the first to realise if there are irregularities or breaches of legislation etc. Sometimes it is possible to go directly to the company and management with this information. Other times this can feel more difficult.

With this anonymous whistleblower scheme, you avoid having to be reluctant to pass on knowledge or insights due to insecurity or your identity becoming known.

This whistleblower scheme also helps to strengthen trust and transparency throughout the organisation.

Who can use the whistleblower scheme?

All employees, customers and business partners can make anonymous reports through the scheme.

What issues can be reported?

You can report any matter where there is a suspicion of irregularities or breaches of legislation. It must be a serious matter or an offence. Other issues such as prices of goods, wages and the like should not be reported via the whistleblower scheme but passed on via other channels.

What can be reported?

The whistleblower scheme can only be used to report significant issues.

Significant matters that can be reported through the whistleblower scheme are e.g. information about

- financial crime such as embezzlement, bribery, fraud and forgery

- significant breaches of occupational safety

- significant breaches of environmental regulations and pollution of the environment

- physical violence and sexual offences

Less significant issues, such as dissatisfaction with salary levels, co-operation difficulties, non-compliance with smoking and/or alcohol policy cannot be reported via the whistleblower scheme but should be addressed through conventional channels such as your immediate manager or the HR department.

The above list is only examples. If you are unsure whether your observation should be reported or not, we encourage you to do so. We answer and process all enquiries as your help is indispensable. You will be given information on where to report the issue if it is not through the whistleblower scheme.

How to make a report?

If you want to make a report in the whistleblower scheme, it must be done via an internet browser. If you use a PC, tablet or similar provided by your employer, please note that you can leave an identifiable login on this device. The actual reporting is done on the URL (internet address) that you are on (for example: salesimpact/legalsys.dk/whistleblowerordning). It cannot identify you. If you wish to remain anonymous, you must report from a device that is not provided by the company.

Once you have made a report, you will be able to anonymously stay updated and communicate with the person handling your report on an ongoing basis. This includes answering additional questions about the case. It is therefore important that you remember your username and password, as no new username or password can be given to the account.
