Why a whistleblower scheme?

As an employee, customer, or company partner, you will often be the first to discover if serious irregularities or violations of the law or the company’s material policies and guidelines occur. Sometimes it is possible to go directly to the company and management with this information. But other times, it can be more difficult.

With the Legalsys anonymous whistleblower scheme, you don’t have to be hesitant about disclosing information or insights due to insecurity or worry of being named.

This whistleblower scheme also helps to strengthen the trust and transparency across the company.

Who can use the whistleblower scheme?

All employees, customers, and business partners can create anonymous reports as part of the scheme.

What circumstances and situations can be reported?

You can report any suspected irregularity or breaches of the law, or the company’s material policies and guidelines, but the circumstances or offense must be of a serious nature. Other matters such as prices of goods, wages, and the like should not be reported through the whistleblower scheme but passed on via other channels.

How is a report filed?

If you want to file a report through the whistleblower scheme it must be done via an internet browser. If you are using a PC, tablet, or similar hardware provided by your employer, please be aware that you could potentially leave an identifiable login by using this device. The report itself will be filed at the URL (internet address) you are visiting (e.g.: www.sa/legalsys.dk/whistleblowerscheme). The URL cannot identify you. But to ensure your complete anonymity, please file your report statement from a unit that has not been granted or made available by the company.

Once you have filed a report, you will have the opportunity to remain updated and communicate with the person who processes your report completely anonymously. You can also answer pending questions that have been asked of you about the case. Therefore, it is important that you save your login credentials (username and password), as it will not be possible to recreate these to any given account.
