When you file your report, an anonymous mailbox will automatically be generated, which you can use if you wish to remain available for the subsequent investigation. You will of course remain completely anonymous to the person receiving your reported statement.
We recommend that you use the mailbox, as we may need additional information from you in order to further process your report.
The mailbox is created as the final part of your report filing.
When you create a report, you are assigned a unique username and password. You use the username and password when you log into the mailbox to see if you have any pending questions that have been asked of you. It is important that you save these login credentials as it will not be possible to recreate these.
Whether you use the mailbox or not, you will remain completely anonymous unless you have entered your personal information in the filed report.
