The whistleblower scheme may be used to submit reports where there is a suspicion of serious irregularities, breaches, or potential breaches of applicable law or the company’s material policies or guidelines.
As a general rule, the following matters are not covered by the scheme:
- Complaints concerning cooperation difficulties, incompetence, salary matters, and other everyday or routine matters;
- Reports concerning the working environment, decision-making processes, or general management decisions.
Matters that are not covered by the scheme may be raised within the company in other ways, for example by contacting a manager directly.
What information should be included?
When making a report, it is important that you describe all factual circumstances, including those which you may not immediately consider important.
You must, to the greatest extent possible, document your allegation. If you have written documentation in the form of a document, photographs, or other material, please upload the material directly to the whistleblower portal in digital form.
Follow up on your report
When submitting your report, you may choose whether to do so anonymously or whether your identity may be disclosed.
Upon submission of your report, you will be provided with a username and password. Regardless of whether you choose to remain anonymous, it may be a good idea to monitor your report, as the persons handling the report may have questions for you in order to proceed with the investigation.
It is important that you remember your username and password or make a note of them. Due to the built-in security and anonymity of the system, neither your username nor your password can be resent.
If you lose your username, you will need to submit a new report and obtain a new username, etc.
