Why a whistleblower scheme?
As an employee, temporary worker, intern, etc. within the organization, you will often be the first to discover serious irregularities or breaches of legislation, material policies, guidelines, etc. In some cases, it is possible to bring such information directly to the attention of the company and its management. In other cases, this may feel more difficult.
This whistleblower scheme helps strengthen trust and transparency throughout the organization, and you may safely report knowledge of the above matters.
Who can use the whistleblower scheme?
All employees, whether current or former, temporary workers, interns, whether paid or unpaid, board members, members of the established finance committee, business partners and their employees, volunteers, students, and activists may submit reports through the scheme.
What matters can be reported?
You may report any matter where there is a suspicion of irregularities or breaches of legislation, material policies, or guidelines. The matter must concern a serious issue or a legal violation. Other matters, such as the pricing of goods, salary matters, and similar issues, should not be reported through the whistleblower scheme, but should instead be raised through other channels.
How is a report submitted?
If you wish to submit a report under the whistleblower scheme, this must be done through an internet browser.
Once you have submitted a report, you will be able to keep yourself updated on an ongoing basis and communicate with the person handling your report. This includes the possibility of responding to any follow-up questions regarding the matter. It is therefore important that you remember your username and password, as a new username or password cannot be issued for the account.
