Welcome to the Whistleblower portal.
Employees, the company’s customers, and business partners can report suspected serious irregularities, violations, or presumed violations of applicable law or the company’s material policies and guidelines.
The whistleblower scheme cannot and should not replace direct contact with the company, your immediate manager, or the contact person. On the other hand, the whistleblower scheme must create a space where serious incidents can be reported, which are either unsuitable to be dealt with via the existing communication channels or where you would like to be guaranteed anonymity. Please be aware that the company's investigation of the reported incident or behavior may mean that your anonymity cannot be maintained, for example, because some may recognize you based on your description of the reported incident. However, the report itself is 100% anonymous unless you clearly want to make yourself known.
If you wish to remain completely anonymous, please refrain from leaving clues in your browsing history and instead log on from a remote PC, telephone or similar that is not provided by the company.
Finally, we draw attention to the fact that we have the "Ask your CEO" scheme. This scheme is applicable to problems of various kinds, for example, about daily life in AET or something else entirely.
The reports are processed anonymously by external lawyers who are subject to confidentiality. They then pass the information on to the Head of or Manager of Legal and HR in anonymized form.
You can find further guidelines on the whistleblower scheme in our whistleblower policy and in greater detail.
