The whistleblower scheme may be used to report any suspected serious irregularities, breaches or potential violations of applicable law or the company’s essential policies and guidelines.

The following matters are generally not covered by the scheme:

  • Complaints about poor cooperation, perceived incompetence, remuneration grievances and other day-to-day or routine matters.
  • Reports on the work environment, decision-making processes or general management decisions.

Issues not covered by the scheme are not to be neglected but can be addressed in other ways, for example, by direct contact with a manager.

What information should be included?

  • When you file a report, it is important that you include and describe all the facts – even facts you do not immediately consider important.
  • You need to document your allegation to the best of your ability. If you have written documentation in the form of a document, images, or similar, please upload said material directly – and digitally – into the whistleblower portal.

Track your report

  • When you file the report, you may choose to do so anonymously or, if you wish, to make your identity known.
  • When you submit your report, you will receive a unique username and password. Whether or not you choose to remain anonymous, we recommend that you keep track of your report, as the people processing the report may have questions for you as part of the investigation.
  • It is important that you remember or note your username and password, as neither your username nor password can be resubmitted due to the built-in security and anonymity.

If you lose or forget your login credentials, you will have to create and file a new report with a new username and password.
